I have had a few Flow Air’s and they are awesome. They always fit me well, light weight and Jon (owner of Flow) is a good dude, which is always a big plus.

I’m 6’2 207 and I wear an A3 in Gold BJJ Foundation Gi and an A3H in Flow’s air 6.0. In relatively new to bjj but they both roll well and had little shrinkage, at least in my experience. I have a longer torso and stubby legs and they have worked well for me.

I live in a very hot climate and I've bought close to 10 gis this year since returning to BJJ. If you just want the best and lightest in terms of weight and performance it's Gold Aeroweave. If you want a softer/more substantial feel you're probably looking at the Inverted Gear Hybrid or Flow Kimonos Alpine. If you want luxury Alchemical Dope or Royal Hi-Ness (half hemp half organic cotton). I'd stay away from polyester blends if you can.

I just got a Flow Alpine Pro from BJJHQ. It’s new, so I can’t tell you much about durability, but it’s 100% cotton, which I like. It seems well made, and it’s light and good for hot days.

I have Flow Air in White and have gotten multiple compliments on style + comfort.

Minimalistic design, Super lightweight and great for summer training. Fits well and doesn’t shrink in wash. Only ~$150 for the Gi.

Probably A2L but it can vary widely by brand. I have an A3L from Tatami that I can’t even wear it’s so tight and all my Flow A3Ls are perfect. Fuji is in between and now I just wear Flow because I’m not a typical size and it’s the only brand I know works

At my first gym, I had two fujis and they were excellent. I outgrew them (gained weight) and subsequently I have about 8 different non-Fuji gis now, and I still think the Fujis are one of if not the best I've ever used. Surprisingly, I had a Sanabul from Amazon which was low cost and also was an excellent gi for around 2 years of weekly use. I ended up giving it away to someone and it had zero rips or tears in it after 2 years. Out of my current rotation, I really like my Black Atlas Pro 24 for normal weather, and my white Alpine Flow for hot weather.

I'm a big fan of Flow. I've been training in them almost exclusively for a years. You can catch them for under $100 and are work horses.

I'm also built like a lemur with long limbs and their gis fit me really well.
